Mountain Air Cargo (MAC) is a well-established cargo airline headquartered in North Carolina, specializing in feeder services for FedEx Express. Founded in 1974, MAC operates a fleet of over 50 aircraft, including Cessna C208 Caravans and ATR-42/72 turboprops. The airline services numerous routes across the eastern and central United States, the Caribbean, and parts of South America, with approximately 100 daily flights. MAC employs over 200 pilots and maintains multiple crew bases to support its operations, including hubs in key regional airports. As a FedEx feeder operator, MAC's international operations include services to the Caribbean, with all of the airline's aircraft owned by FedEx.
Throughout its 40+ year history, MAC has never experienced a pilot layoff.
